The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

Fra terrassen kan du nyde udsigten over Bøgestrømmen. I sommerhuset er der fiber forbindelse så der kan surfes/streames. I stuen er der ligeledes et mindre tv. Der er trampolin og bålsted. Der er carport i indkørslen. Lader til el bil (Clever) Prisen er inkl rengøring men eksklusiv sengelinned og håndklæder.
