Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Only 10 minutes from Titusville! Close to hunting game lands and stocked fishing streams. Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to other towns ( Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min).

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.
