Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie mit verspielter Hündin und 2 Katzen und geben gerne Tipps für eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Wir sind mit Leib und Seele Gastgeber. Das Stadtzentrum ( Dom ...) ist mit ÖPNV und per Rad (kann gestellt werden) gut erreichbar. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs findet man fußläufig. Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

The tiny loft house offers space for 2 people on 25 sqm over two levels and scores points in addition to a comfortable bed, a cute kitchen, a small terrace and a private entrance. A minimalistic furnished tiny house in Scandinavian style with light wood and furniture in a simple, functional design, with a cozy living area and modern bathroom with rain shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in light and air. A steep staircase leads to the top. When the weather is nice, breakfast is on the terrace.

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Umgeben von Grünflächen mit Blick auf das Siebengebirge & den Petersberg - trotzdem in City- & Rheinnähe zum spazieren und Sonnenbaden. Bei eurem Aufenthalt soll es euch an nichts fehlen.
