There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The center of the city of Düren is 3 km away from the apartment. In addition, the location is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours along the Rur.

Obermaubach offers a reservoir with ice, coffee and pedal boats. Hiking and cycling trails in nature as much as your heart desires. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
