HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores it is great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area and is just 2 miles from the water! Guest house is detached from main house, has private entrance, parking, full kitchen and fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ and patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take in the sun while not out exploring. Accommodating for both adventure and work travel!

Two Bungalows! HB 1/2 Mile Sand-Pier-Main-Pac City

Two separate bungalows with two bathrooms! Full Kitchen in Main Bungalow and kitchenette in 2nd Bungalow. 1/2 mile to the sand, Pacific City, Main Street, & The HB Pier. The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. Welcome to the Huntington Beach Nest. The ATTACHED studio is in a mid century beach bungalow and is beautifully furnished and updated. It is close to world famous Huntington Beach and in close proximity to several other beautiful California beaches. The studio includes a king size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and private entrance. *Please note. Dogs are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee for their stay.*Max of 1 dog is allowed. If more are brought, you will be asked to leave.
