The house is bright and friendly and cozy with room for children. There is both a terrace and a lawn with the possibility of ball games. From the gable of the house, the most beautiful sunset beyond the fields is enjoyed. Here is undisturbed nature, often with the opportunity to see a fallow deer. From the house there is a cycling distance to one of South Funen's most beautiful beaches, Nab beach.

Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
