An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Gemütliche Souterrain-Wohnung im Holzhaus – Natur & Komfort in Elz Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf + Wohnbereich, ausgestatteter Küche sowie einem modernen Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Die Dusche ist schmal geschnitten, daher möglicherweise nicht für alle Gäste gleichermaßen komfortabel Kostenfreier Stellplatz, E-Auto-Ladung nach Absprache möglich. Ich bin Anna & bin in diesem Holzhaus aufgewachsen. Ich freue mich, meinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit in Elz zu ermöglichen.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

The self-contained apartment is located under the roof and impresses with its fantastic view over our small town. It is lovingly and functionally furnished so that you can feel comfortable. The kitchenette allows you to cater for yourself. Microwave, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge are available. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. The house is quiet and is also located in a quiet residential area. We look forward to seeing you!
