Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Bright holiday apartment near Murnau for 1–2 people, ideal for cycling

The apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It is very spacious for a maximum of two people. The new fitted kitchen includes everything to strengthen yourself well for the day of vacation with a breakfast. The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby five lakes and to the mountains in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Ammertal. The numerous bike paths invite you to explore the surroundings of Murnau.

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

The holiday apartment Ronja is located in Oberhausen. The 47 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to three people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV. The apartment also features a private, open terrace where you can relax.
