L'appart est très bien situé à l'Alpe d'Huez au coeur du quartier des Bergers, dans la Rés 4 étoiles Pierre et Vacances les Bergers (av des Marmottes), à 100m du Golf/tennis, du centre commercial des Bergers et des remontées mécaniques(Télésiège Marmottes1 à 100m). La résidence propose : -piscine extérieure chauffée à 28° + 2 saunas : saison hiver + du 31/05 au 6/6 + à partir du 14 juin (de 11h à 19h) en accès gratuit -restau "La Fondue"+pizzas/plats à emporter. -service boulangerie -laverie

Alpe d'Huez center, studio in mountain corner, south-facing

Rent 30 m² studio with a 140 X 190 bed in the separate mountain corner. The rooms of the apartment are served by a corridor and storage (shelves and cupboards). Upon entering you have the mountain corner on the right, a separate toilet and the bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The well-equipped kitchenette offers a dishwasher. The dining room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed offers 2 beds of 90 x 190 and overlooks a south-facing terrace through a large bay window.

Nice appartement, very cosy and renovated, résidence du Val d'Ys in Cognet, ski start at 100m, central. Very well equipped with fast WiFi and high-end appliances / bedding / furniture. Large, very bright living room facing south with balcony and beautiful view of the mountains, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with storage, modern bathroom, separate toilet, very functional entrance hall. Beautiful apartment facing south. The apartment is located in the residence "Les 4 Solils » at the foot of the Alpe Express 10-seater gondola (boarding station 20 metres from the apartment). The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable living room and a full kitchen, a small bedroom and a loggia. The residence has a small U supermarket, rental shops, restaurants, caterers, a bread/tobacco press depot, laundry, etc.

NEW! Superb ski-in/ski-out apartment in the Residence Parenthèse, completely new, and located in the heart of the Vieil Alpe district and at the foot of the Alpe Express. The 105m2 apartment is ideal for accommodating 10 people thanks to its 3 double bedrooms (including 2 suites), its mountain corner with bunk beds, and a sleeping area with a 120x200 bed (ideal for 1 person, it is possible to put 2 children however).
