The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. Our warm, cosy and comfortable Shepherds Hut sits quietly in a grass meadow overlooking the woods and fields at the foot of the South Downs. Our hut is kitted out with electricity and lighting and has a comfy king size double bed with duvet, beautiful cotton linen, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. An electric blanket and heater are also supplied for those chilly nights.
