Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Grade 2 listed, off street parking for four cars, in the heart of Midhurst, set back in a quiet location with a large secluded garden. Bedrooms are light, spacious and furnished to a high standard. Two en-suite bathrooms, one with shower. Newly laid beautiful oak floors in the hall and open-plan living room with a large Sky Q HD TV and a wood-burning stove. Easebourne Barn is 580 square feet of self-contained accommodation with its own entrance and small outside courtyard area. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living area. You’ll love my place because of the location.We have a wonderful village shop,serving breakfast ,teas ,lunches and amazing ice creams . There are 2 excellent pubs in the village within walking distance . My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).
