Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The peace and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

We rent 't Stoepje, a former worker's cottage near a classic Groningen farm. The cottage can accommodate 4 people. It has two bedrooms with 2 double beds (1 bed can be divided into two single beds). Located in the middle of the country (600mtr from the public road), it is a great place to unwind! All amenities and garden will only be available for guests of 't Stoepje. Dogs welcome in consultation (max. 2)
