With the woods, petting zoo and swimming pool within walking/cycling distance and the city center of Utrecht in 10 minutes by train. The house is furnished in modern Scandinavian style, and provided for you with games, washing machine, cargo bike, sustainable coffee, tea & laundry products, towels and a stack of magazines. And your dog is also welcome, you can walk here endlessly in the woods!

Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

Three bedrooms and one bathroom, separate toilet. Free and safe parking right besides the house. The outside property is fully enclosed by water. The surrounding area is very peaceful and suitable for walking / cycling. Forests, parks, forts and castle nearby. The beach (lake) is just 500m away.

The daily price includes camping/tourist tax, towels and linens. The cottage is spacious and clean, comfortable, cozy & very suitable to come to yourself, each other, and/or a (creative) project. The basics (toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc.) are provided. The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings invite you to be outside. In the large flower garden, or by the lake, or hiking/biking/day trips to historic towns. Dogs are welcome, cats unfortunately not.

The old stable is transformed to a cozy room. Where Berta 2 used to say is your bed now. Only the unique stable lighting reminds of this time. Now it has all the comforts. You will have a private shower, toilet and kitchenette. The Cowsroom is for you if you love rural enjoyment. Feel welcome!

It has all the comforts - cozy, comfortable and completely sustainable. In addition, you will make use of the brand new communal living/dining room with open kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Coach house 't Bolletje

Koetshuis’ t Bolletje is an atmospheric, detached stay at the opened NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th century hiking park ’t Rondeel. The stay contributes to the maintenance and management of the natural beauty, and is available as a temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. Guests can explore the open part of the estate. Basic amenities are provided, in harmony with tranquility, history and natural surroundings.

Farmhouse Lodge House Weltevree

This detached cottage, located on the edge of the high-stem orchard, is a rural and luxurious residence that offers you a lot of privacy. The Weltevree cottage is wheelchair accessible and has a modern kitchen, with sliding doors to a private terrace and a cosy living room.  In addition to the spacious, double bedroom, the cottage has an extra bed and a sofa bed. You can book for up to 5 people, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
