Nově zrenovovaný vejminek z 19. století. K dispozici je celý dům se samostatným vchodem, terasou s grilem a parkováním. Dům má výhodnou pozici v centru Hluboké necelých 200 m od náměstí s výhledem na kostel a 700 m od zámku. Rádi bychom, aby se zde hosté cítili jako na návštěvě u dobrých známých, kde mohou mimo jiné využít pohodlí našeho čtecího koutku s knihovnou ve výklenku. Vítány jsou i rodiny s dětmi, které si mohou užít útulné spaní na vyvýšeném pódiu pod schody na místě bývalé pece.

Dále obývací pokoj s dvojlůžkem, posezením, krbem, TV. Další místnost je ložnice se 2 lůžky. K dispozici je toaleta a koupelna - sprcha. Vytápění je v koupelně podlahové. Jinde klimatizací, v obýváku romantický krb k doladění atmosféry. Ohniště, plynový gril. Venkovní jacuzzi. Není možné pořádat oslavy a párty.
