SEA VIEW apartment - 3 min walk from Old Leigh

The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

We are is a hotel, but this is an extension of our family home If you wish to leave you car, if you are flying from Stansted, we can offer long-term parking for £10/day (vs £25/day at Stansted Airport). Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
