This cozy apartment is in a Swabian style. Two people also with a child(2) will find everything necessary for a break in little space (also 3 adults).+1K). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating themselves. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. The modern cozy apartment is located in the new building and is not visible from the street. Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
