This newly renovated 3 bedroom house is perfectly located in central Fayetteville . To include brand new mattresses, furniture ,stainless steel appliances ,cabinets with granite counter tops, four 4k flat screen tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is only .07 miles away, 9 minutes to Fort Bragg, .02 miles to starbucks and 3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Cross Creek Mall is 3.2 miles away along with other shopping destinations close by.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Your back porch overlooks a large fenced yard with kid toys. Your entrance is separate & private from the upstairs unit. No full kitchen/sink.
