Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. This completely remodeled private home is ranch style and thoughtfully furnished! Enter into an open dining and living room and kitchen so gatherings can be shared. The Kitchen is stocked with amenities for 8. There is a custom desk built into a private nook. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's and custom queen beds with built-in reading lights and USB ports. The favorite spot is the reading "tea nook" that can be made private and features a chair that converts to a twin bed with yard access.

What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.
