The bright, quiet 90 square meter apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna and table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
