Apartment in Ungerhausen

Mi casa es tu casa. My home is also at your disposal for the short stay. I moved into my apartment in 2024. In May 2026, there was another construction project due to the noise, which solved the problem. The apartment is extremely spacious and in a secluded location right in the center of Ungerhausen. As a result, there is a perfect proximity to the airport and on the street there. Parking is available on the premises.

Very cozy and charming attic apartment with approx. 70 m². 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen/living area and 1 bathroom. Bus station right in front of the house. 5 minutes' drive to Memmingen. Allgäu Airport can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car! The mountains are also a short drive away by car or train! Ungerhausen is located near the A7 and A96, about 10 km east of Memmingen.

This special place has its own style. Our guests can expect an exclusive, high-quality, very cozy apartment in the countryside. The property has its own staircase and parking space at the back of the building. The building was originally built in 1911, hence the name "Times 1911". We have renovated, renovated and expanded a lot, so that a real gem has now been created here.
