The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will live in 50 sqm in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You look over the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the inner and old town of Diez and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and a historic old town.
