Far out on Stevns, right down to the sea and in the middle of the 800 hectare Gjorslev Bøgeskov is the historic Bøgebjerghus and in the old beautiful apple orchard is one of Denmark's most unique glamping locations. Here you can enjoy the sounds of the forest and experience life in the forest around the clock. There are no street lights, Wi-Fi and poor mobile coverage. The silence is broken only by the many birds of the forest, the wind rustling in the treetops and the waves down on the beach.

It is not active with animals anymore except my 3 dogs and a lot of chickens. You rent the entire 1st floor with a private entrance and an outdoor terrace in the courtyard.. There is room for 4 people and possibly an extra bed. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

You have the apartment to yourselves. There is no WiFi. In the entrance hall, there is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. There is no outdoor lighting.
