From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Our agriturismo on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses were created. The apartment 4 is located on the garden side and can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.
