Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Whether alone or as a couple - if you are looking for peace, you will find it here! In Ladelund between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, it offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation. Meadows and forests characterize the surroundings as well as inland dunes in the nature reserve, perfect for hikes with animals. Nearby bike and pedestrian paths invite you to explore the surrounding towns. Denmark is just a few kilometers away, as is the small town of Tondern. Access is separate from the residential building.

If you are looking for something special, you are in the right place: beautiful, absolutely quiet, large (about 100 m²) loft apartment to relax and feel good for individualists, dropouts, people in need of rest or stressed people in a historic building. Wonderful dike location on the old inner dike in a cul-de-sac and yet directly in the center of town. Unobstructed view from the windows over the dyke foreland to the fairway. Watch the ships and indulge. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Romantic attic apartment for couples, singles & workation in Dithmarschen/SH! The open-plan living and bathroom concept offers plenty of opportunity for togetherness & space to work. The toilet is located in a separate room. From the living room, guests have an unobstructed view into the shower area. The furnishings have been lovingly made by us. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Great, bright and quiet loft in the heart of St.Pauli. Workplace with desk, Wi-Fi available. The loft is in the rear building and is very quiet The 180 x 200 cm, calming waterbed with mattress topper guarantees relaxed nights. A supermarket across the street guarantees hassle-free shopping. Around the corner is a nice, large park (Planten un Blomen) that is worth a walk!

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
