Das Ferienhaus steht etwas abseits des Haupthauses Lichtblick. Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Die U-Bahn und die Metrobuslinie 5 sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt erreichst du in ca. 17 Minuten. Der trendige Stadtteil Eimsbüttel liegt auf halber Strecke in Richtung Innenstadt. Trotz der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum liegen die Ausflugsziele "Niendorfer Gehege" (Wald mit Hirschpark) und der "Tierpark Hagenbeck" (Zoo) nahezu um die Ecke.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.
