I rent out my 67 sqm apartment in HH Eimsbüttel, where I normally live, on a daily basis. There is a living-dining area with fitted kitchen, an 8 sqm south-facing balcony with barbecue facilities. Nearby (about 8 min. walk) there is both a metro and a bus (4 min walk) into the city. Highway connection A7 about 6 minutes away by car driveway Stellingen. I have a 16 sqm bedroom (bed 1.40 m). Sunny apartment with two rooms

The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
