There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

Coldharbour Farmhouse is a seventeenth century thatched cottage. It is the perfect place for a holiday in the heart of the Sussex, High Weald AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Nestled in a secluded spot, there are many walks in the local area. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. It is a 2 minute drive from the village of Turners Hill. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes south of Gatwick.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
