Located on the edge of the forest, it stands on a spacious plot and has its own parking space. The holiday home has its own Wi-Fi with good coverage. The bungalow is located in Roosdunen Park and is within walking distance of the lovely village of Ballum, the beach, the sea and the dunes. During the summer months, admission to the ‘De Schalken’ outdoor swimming pool is free. The home is pet free.

Poollodge is in our garden by the pool. There is a bedroom with bathroom with box spring 180x 200 cm, a sleeping loft with mattress 140x 210 and a sofa bed for 1-2 persons in the living room. During the summer, you can use the swimming pool. In the kitchen, everything you need is available. There is also a TV and WiFi. TV is internet TV. On the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with full privacy. The cycling distance (2 bicycles and tandem available) to the city center is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe.
