Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Ballum Ameland holiday home for 6 people

Bungalow ‘Duingoud’ is een vrijstaande en compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning voor 6 personen op het prachtige Ameland. Is gelegen aan de bosrand, staat op een ruime kavel en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen Wifi met goed bereik. De bungalow is gelegen op het park Roosdunen en is op loopafstand van het mooie dorp Ballum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. In de zomermaanden is er gratis toegang tot het openlucht zwembad ‘De Schalken’. De woning is huisdiervrij.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house of Peter & Ineke Boelens. The apartment is fully equipped.

Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min.) into the village for the culinary delights that Nes has to offer.

Cozy loft with loft and roof terrace "Nijlânsrèèd"

Come and enjoy nature here on the east side of the island, as the name of the apartment says "Nijlansrèèd". Together with your partner or cozy with the children, it is both possible. You have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a roof terrace located on the north. (Excl. linen, would you like to use it? Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. 200 meter van de strandopgang bij Nes vindt u ons 4 tot 6 persoons appartement James aan Zee. Een prachtige ligging, glooiend tussen de duinen met uitzicht op de duinen én het Nesserbos. Op loopafstand vindt u ook verschillende restaurants waar ook een lekkere kop koffie of een glas wijn kan worden gedronken.

“NOORDERWIND" is the name of our chalet on the beautiful holiday island, Ameland. Our chalet is located in the most beautiful spot of camping Roosdunnen, in the village of Ballum. Camping and chalet have all the comforts. The beautiful North Sea beach is within walking distance.

Commercial winders

Kommavlinder is a five-person apartment. It is located on the second floor and has a large, L-shaped, sunny living room. There are two bedrooms: one with two and one with three beds. It has a modern kitchen with an oven. A dog up to 15 kg, which can walk up stairs, is allowed.

Út fan Hûs is a selfcatering holiday accommodation for 2 people on Ameland. Út fan Hûs is located on the edge of the village of Nes, within walking distance of the harbour. There is a 30m2 south-facing terrace at the apartment. The distance to the beach is about 2000 metres.
