Luxurious dune villa close to the beach&lighthouse

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Ballum Ameland holiday home for 6 people

Bungalow ‘Duingoud’ is een vrijstaande en compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning voor 6 personen op het prachtige Ameland. Is gelegen aan de bosrand, staat op een ruime kavel en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen Wifi met goed bereik. De bungalow is gelegen op het park Roosdunen en is op loopafstand van het mooie dorp Ballum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. In de zomermaanden is er gratis toegang tot het openlucht zwembad ‘De Schalken’. De woning is huisdiervrij.

Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min.) into the village for the culinary delights that Nes has to offer.

Te Plak is a spacious six-person apartment with a modern and attractive decor. The apartment has a lovely comfortable sitting area where you can use a smart TV. There is a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and induction cooktop. In short, you have all the comforts! The large dining table offers the opportunity to dine comfortably with your friends or family.

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. 200 meter van de strandopgang bij Nes vindt u ons 4 tot 6 persoons appartement James aan Zee. Een prachtige ligging, glooiend tussen de duinen met uitzicht op de duinen én het Nesserbos. Op loopafstand vindt u ook verschillende restaurants waar ook een lekkere kop koffie of een glas wijn kan worden gedronken.

Tiny House at C Everything is provided; a parking space for car and bicycles, WiFi, coffee machine filled with fresh beans, made-up electrically adjustable box spring bed (160/200), towels, bathrobes, shampoo, soap and the big surprise; a lovely Jacuzzi (with chlorine) in a completely enclosed terrace/patio. In short: Enjoy!!

Commercial winders

Kommavlinder is a five-person apartment. It is located on the second floor and has a large, L-shaped, sunny living room. There are two bedrooms: one with two and one with three beds. It has a modern kitchen with an oven. A dog up to 15 kg, which can walk up stairs, is allowed.

Unique 2-person apartment "Buresteiger"

This unique accommodation has its own style and has all the comforts. It is located on the 1st floor and has a roof terrace on the south side of the building. (Excl. linen, would you like to use it? Then send a message, costs are €9 p.p. for bed linen and €5 p.p. for towels)

Út fan Hûs is a selfcatering holiday accommodation for 2 people on Ameland. Út fan Hûs is located on the edge of the village of Nes, within walking distance of the harbour. There is a 30m2 south-facing terrace at the apartment. The distance to the beach is about 2000 metres.

In the beautiful, quiet and centrally located village of Ballum, you will find a comfortable 2 to 6 person apartment in our former farmhouse. In 2017, our accommodation was thoroughly renovated and offers all the luxury and comfort of today.
