Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. The bright, modernly furnished, quiet and cozy apartment is located on the ground floor, so very easily accessible and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the beautiful city of Montabaur. Immediately next to the apartment is a supermarket (Penny) and a soup snack bar. The FOC (Fashion Outlet Center) is 800m away (11 min walk), as is ice station. Also Montabaur's beautiful, historic old town is within 10 minutes walking distance.
