From the separate 1200 sqm plot in a village location, you have a clear view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as plenty of choice for possible excursion destinations in a paradise for the landscape and for birds, or for heading to the swimming lake. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

Unser Haus am Tollensesee ist ein wunderschöner Ort um von dem Lärm der Stadt abzuschalten. Direkt gelegen am Tollensesee (wenige Gehminuten entfernt), der mit seinem klaren Wasser zum Schwimmen oder zum Stand-up-Paddling einlädt. Oder aber zu schönen Radtouren ca. 35km um den See. Die Lage zwischen Neustrelitz und Neubrandenburg, gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder Restaurant besuche.

In nur ca. 150 m bist du am Haussee – mit einer richtig schönen Badestelle. Perfekt für Rad- und Wandertouren direkt ab Grundstück.
