Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! Waterfront 3 beds 3 baths on Squam (Suite #1)

Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private screened porches and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed. This suite was part of a motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites.
