Authentically Rustic, Quintessentially Cozy Writer's Cottage #323 is tucked into a wooded area on White Gates Farm. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, wifi on the farm. Cottage comes with bacon and eggs to cook breakfast and all you can eat "pick your own" vegetables (when in season). Hike in the area, visit the village of Tamworth, bike ride, or just stay on the farm. You can even pitch in with chores during certain hours. Well behaved pets on leashes welcomed at a nominal fee.

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided. Bring your pup!

Spacious rustic 1 bedroom suite located on the second floor. 1 bathroom/laundry room, 1 living room, and 1 kitchenette. Sunday morning all inclusive breakfast. Right next-door to us is the Franklin Falls Dam. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking boots and or fishing poles. Remember, you need a license in New Hampshire to fish. Post and Beam Guest Studio on NH scenic byway

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.
