There are no neighbours. On the ground floor, you'll find the 'Klabautermann' restaurant. There's also a sauna (for a fee) and a private outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.
