Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Es gibt eine Außentoilette und fussläufig eine Aussendusche, einen Gasherd im Wagen aber kein fließendes Wasser innerhalb des Wagens. Das muss in am fussläufig erreichbaren Wasserhahn geholt werden. Relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is about 85 m² and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen there is a large terrace that leads directly into the greenery via an open staircase. During the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are easy to reach at only about 15 km each. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station is 2 km away. Stag parties, company parties or similar are not welcome.

The house is very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. Two shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen are included. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Our cosy holiday apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark offers approx. 70 m² of space for 2–4 people. The maisonette spans two floors and offers a peaceful location and sweeping views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a unique atmosphere in the room, combining rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. A place to breathe and feel good.
