Ein großer Garten steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage herzlich willkommen. Es können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.
