Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
