The holiday apartment is located between the Gesäuse National Park and the Kalkalpen. Ski resorts nearby in winter. In summer, there are hiking trails, cycle paths and an outdoor swimming pool nearby (100 m) for families with children. Fully self-contained with a private entrance, terrace and parking right outside the door. Barbecue facilities. Carport for motorbikes. Bicycle for small children. Bedroom: double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. There is a large garden right in front of the apartment. Kitchen-diner and bathroom.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
