The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the fantastic nature, just up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There is also a sauna in connection with the sea bath. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city centre. There are 2 km to Pizzeria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Newly built upper floor of house with private entrance. The floor offers a large and spacious kitchen/living room with a sloping ceiling, as well as access to a private roof terrace. In addition, the home has a large bathroom and a quiet bedroom with a double bed. The sofa is a sofa bed, and the apartment therefore accommodates up to 4 people. The home is located in a scenic area, only 8.3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby Hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.
