Das ruhige Apartment bestehend aus großem, hellem Wohnschlafzimmer, komplett eingerichteter Küche (Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toast-Ofen, Pad-Kaffemaschine) und privatem Duschbad befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Es ist 60 m² groß und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang vom Garten aus. Wir wohnen am Rhein zwischen Köln und Düsseldorf mit guter Bus-Anbindung an die S-Bahn / Langenfeld Rhld. Die Fahrzeiten von dort nach Köln oder Düsseldorf betragen jeweils ca. 30 min. Kostenloser Stellplatz für einen Pkw ist vorhanden. Das Stadt- und Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Frühstückscafés sowie die schöne Altstadt von Monheim sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Rheinpromenade sind es 15 min. Der Knipprather Wald, der zum Joggen und Spazierengehen einlädt, ist zu Fuß in 5 min und das Hallenschwimmbad "MonaMare" in 15 min zu erreichen. Wir sind ein weltoffenes Ehepaar und sprechen außer Deutsch auch Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch. Wir lieben den Umgang mit internationalen Gästen.

This fully renovated and fully equipped apartment, which will be completed in March 2025, is located only about 50 m from the Rhine in the idyllic Leverkusen district of Hitdorf. In just 2 minutes' walk you can reach: the Edeka supermarket, cafés, brewery with home-style cuisine, Gusto Italian restaurant. Both Cologne and Düsseldorf can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached in about 7 minutes by car and offers a fast connection to the regional transport network.

This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Welcome to The Artist Loft – a bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby. Note: No kitchen, ideal for short stays. The stairwell are shared with other apartments, but the entire attic floor is yours privately.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Welcome to our modern and newly renovated 1-room apartment in Langenfeld for 2-3 people! Perfect for business trips or city trips – thanks to the ideal location between Cologne and Düsseldorf. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace for use. Two bicycles are also available for free use (e.g., to go to the train station).

Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

In front of the house, the Rhine meadows stretch out on both sides and invite you to take a walk, including a sandy beach in the immediate vicinity! The house is a historic building from 1826 with charm and a special flair. A large garden and a covered terrace are available.
