Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed, a total of 4 sleeping places. Garden in the backyard and a beautiful veranda. Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from Arendal center. Fully furnished with all the equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. Festing is not allowed, as it must be taken into account neighbors. Not allowed with animals.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
