The house has a large porch, barbecue facilities, trampoline and massage bath Room 1: double bed. Room 2: Single bed, can be pulled out to double bed. Room 3: 120 cm bed + small sofa bed Room 4: double bed. The sofa in the loft living room can be turned into a double bed. Travel cot and high chair can be arranged by message in advance.

Single-family home of 230 m2 in a quiet child-friendly residential area. Good sun conditions. Short drive to great swimming opportunities both in the sea, river (Nidelva) and fresh water. About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Huset er fra 2001,arkitekttegnet og kledning i osp. Det ligger helt usjenert til, det er 200 m til nærmeste nabo og grenser til Raet nasjonalpark på Tromøya. Flere strender 5-10 min unna med bil. Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 ( en seng er 1,20, ekstra madrass er også tilgjengelig) soveplasser. Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes.

You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

A gorgeous property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.
