Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Either you have a place with the sea, or in the city center. Here you will have both! Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the edge of the pier means that it is closest to the sea of all apartments in the square. 🌊 The apartment is located on the car-free boardwalk. 🏝 You enjoy the panoramic view of the city fjord, the fortress and the city beach. You look at Grønningen lighthouse that meets the horizon out in the ocean.🎣 You'll also look right away at Aquarama's new outdoor pool. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️

Cozy studio, 10 min from city center v/forest, beach

Bright apartment in new house(2018), a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette to cook! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Uteplass i kveldssol.Sentralt og samtidig usjenert , 7 min gåtur ned til sjøen ,15 min til sentrum,45 min i bil til Dyreparken.Kjøpesenteret 300 m .2 sov, velutstyrt kjøkken.Oppvarming/aircondition varmepumpe, kabler bad .2 soverom med 3 senger.150 cm dobbelseng ,120 cm seng , og 75 cm .Vi bor i underetasjen og er tilgjengelige for å gjøre deres opphold best mulig. Gratis parkering,gode bussforbindelser. Leie sengetøy/håndklær 100kr pr pers

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.

Attraktiv leilighet med solrik, innglasset balkong og flott utsikt over Otra. Fra leiligheten har du gang-og sykkelavstand turområder, dagligvarebutikk, og Kvadraturen (byen) med alle sine fasiliteter. Leiligheten har en fin beliggenhet i høy 1. etasje, med god takhøyde og store vindusflater. Svært sentralt, men allikevel i rolige omgivelser.

Apartment on the seafront with sup boards and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
