On foot about 3 minutes from the Sieg/Auen. A train station is a 10-minute walk away (RE to Cologne/Aachen and Cologne S-Bahn). Shopping/restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Accessible entrance, living-dining area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area: terrace, garden, barbecue 2 car parking spaces, max. 2 dogs are welcome.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

OASIS - of tranquility - in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Westerwald! Large, secluded property - forest and hiking trails - Westerwaldsteig - right in front of the door. Motorway connection A3 Neuwied/Altenkirchen (No. 36) 6 km away! It is important to note here that parties, loud shouting, etc. are not allowed here, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bachelor parties, party gatherings, etc. Our vacation home is not suitable for this.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

You can use it as a starting point to get to know the surrounding area such as the Siebengebirge, Rhine Valley and Westerwald, as well as Bonn and Cologne. Come with or without a horse :-) The cozy, freshly renovated one-room apartment faces the back of the garden. There you can use our beautiful chill-out area with barbecue area.
