Our exclusive apartments at the foot of the Rax are a journey back in time to the turn of the century around 1900, with the comforts of today. The newly renovated apartments are equipped to a high specification. The view from the window into the spacious park and the sound of the Schwarza have hardly changed in the last century. In order to turn a turn-of-the-century manor house into a modern-day gem, it takes an understanding of style, high-quality materials from yesteryear and a lot of attention to detail.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Shops, an inn, a bus stop, a train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only a few hundred metres away. Right by the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from both Vienna and Graz. Many excursion destinations can be reached in an hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking, and much more.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our newly renovated apartment has a separate living room or bedroom. Equipped with a cozy double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a sink, fridge and a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern and offers a walk-in shower. Free TV and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. We can offer a delicious breakfast buffet right next door. (Payment on site)
