The bathroom is freshly renovated. 2 terraces and a gas grill. In the garden pond there are fish, frogs and toads. In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is idyllic and quiet, surrounded by meadows and forest - a small refuge for all who are looking for peace and nature and want to relax. As soon as you wake up, you will be greeted by the view of the countryside and the quiet neighing of the horses. The storks, hares and deer also like to stop by. There is also plenty to discover in the region for the little ones (zoo, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf). You can also enjoy time with the horses by arrangement.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
