The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). Koupelna je vybavena sprchovým koutem, umyvadlem a toaletou. Kuchyňský kout je vybaven myčkou, troubou a varnou deskou. Z obývacího pokoje se vchází na přízemní terasu s přímým vstupem na zahradu. Byt prošel rekonstrukcí v roce 2022 (kromě koupelny a WC). Byt je v hlavní budově. Nad bytem bydlí rodina pronajímatele se 3 dětmi.
