Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

Wir bieten hier eine geräumige 75qm große Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung an. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit Etagenbett. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer großen Badewanne. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Spül-, Kaffee- und Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer enthält eine Sofaecke mit Couchtisch und einer Essecke. Kostenfreies W-Lan. Draußen befindet sich zudem noch eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Grill. Haustiere auf Anfrage

In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!
