The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse, geräumige Küche und barrierefreiem Bad. Bäckerei 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Flughafen Memmingen 35 km. Therme Bad Wörishofen 3 km.Zwei Golfplätze sind jeweils 10 km entfernt. Skyline Park 5 km. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme ist uns wichtig, so dass sich jeder wohl fühlt.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.
