Top flat Graz-Center with big terrace by the park

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. The opera, University of Music an University of Technology are nearly next door.

For rent is a beautiful, absolutely stylish, quiet and well-equipped 20m2 large room (facing south) with parquet floors in a bright, renovated 90 m2 apartment on the 4th floor of a house from the 1930s. The apartment itself has a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator and washing machine. The bathroom has a large designer bathtub including shower. The toilet is in a separate room.
