Hiking trails, the nearby forest and attractive excursion destinations in the Westerwald invite you to explore. For couples or small groups of up to 4 people – peace, comfort and barn atmosphere included.

The cozy and modernly furnished, light-flooded apartment (60 m²), located in a detached house in the middle of the countryside, guarantees privacy and coziness and invites you to linger both indoors and outdoors. The apartment is ideal for couples as well as for business travelers who love nature and still do not want to do without comfort. It is located in a quiet location / close to the forest and is therefore the perfect holiday destination for hikers and cyclists.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)
